Paramount Paving have been fully trained in dealing with drainage systems for your driveway, due to a new law brought in by the government in October 2009, you are no longer allowed to fall rainwater from your driveway onto the public highway, unless you follow the SuDS (Sustainable urban Drainage Systems) guidelines, you will will have to apply for planning permission to make changes to your driveway/front garden.
Planning Permission WILL NOT be required:
So long as you fall the rainwater from your drive into eg: flower beds, gravel areas, lawn areas, drainage grids (connected to underground soakaway) or use permeable paving (it is strongly advised that this type of paving be installed by a fully trained installer such as Paramount Paving)
