John talked us through the whole process, provided detailed plans and after giving us options left us to decide on which bricks, slabs etc we wanted. We were given a five week time scale for the whole project and it was finished bang on time. All the workmen we encountered were very skilled, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people. They told us what they were going to do each day and if they encountered any unforeseen issues they just solved the problem without any fuss. Brilliant.”
